Welcome to your comfortable place in a neighborhood setting. The home is light, bright, and cheerful! It features a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and deck for outdoor dining and lounging. You will be close to Downtown Windsor, Windsor Lake, and local golf courses. Drive to Fort Collins in about 25 minutes and to Greeley in about 20 minutes. If you have any special requests, we are happy to accommodate as best as we can. Let us know ahead of time! The space The guest suite is located on the second floor of the house. There is another (separate) guest suite on the first floor. There is also a separate, owner-occupied office on the first floor. The yard is a shared space. Other things to note Guests can access free media on the TV through YouTube and Roku and can use their personal Netflix and Hulu accounts. We also have a DVD player and DVDs to watch. The TV isn't set up for cable or local channels. If you have any questions about this, please ask!
