A comfy large new room, A41, Eastham, Brom, Quiet

New room with a new bed and a comfy memory foam mattress in a large, clean house. Towels, WIFI, bed linen is included. Thank you for considering my home. Would ideally suit a professional worker/visitor. Quiet area near Corner Shop, CO-OP, Chippy, Pubs, Cafes, Turkish, Barber, Bike Shop, Tesco, Subway, Dominos, Starbucks, Stanlow, Vauxhalls, Golf course, Wirral way. 1 Mile from Eastham rake and Bromborough train. 200 meters from the A41 bus stop to Chester, Birkenhead, Liverpool. The space The kitchen has just been upgraded! A 3 bedroom semi-detached house with large High ceiling rooms (190s) (where I have lived since 1991) in Eastham Village on a quiet road. Large rear garden and quiet neighbors with no loud dogs. House is non-smoking (inside) and was recently refurbished. Bed linen is changed between guests. I have tried to make the beds as comfy as possible and keep the house warm. Bedroom/bathroom doors are fitted with locks and there is also external CCTV. I also provide a large bath towel and can provide space in the fridge/cupboards. Guest access Almost without exception guests only seem to use their bedroom room, halls, bathroom, shower room, and occasionally kitchen but there is also an office, sitting area/ lounge, and rear garden that can be used (office with permission). During your stay Feel free to text or call me. I may be available to socialise or leave you too it. Airport Pick-up possible. Mountain biking (E or Analogue, Trail or Bike parks) or walking in Snowdonia is a popular pass time of mine. Let me know what you need. Please let me know arrival and check out time. Other things to note There is also a St David Road in Claughton near Birkenhead. This is not the correct address! make sure you use the postcode CH62 0BS on your sat nav!
