Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Simple, safe, clean place yet affordable for your transient needs! A fully-furnished apartment has everything required in your day-to-day life. (FYI, this unit is located on the second floor of the building) The space see picture as is. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. 2. No smoking inside the Unit/Airbnb. 3. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 6 people or whichever is booked. 4. Quiet time after 10 p.m. 5. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin. 6. Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony. 7. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. 8. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages/Missing Item will be charge/ reported to Airbnb. 9. Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout. 10. Note undeclare guest will charge 1000 per pax per night. or will canceled your booking without any refund. Thank you!
