Banned outside after 8PM. - Presence of sound meters with remote alerts. - €5000 deposit per uncashed check, which is especially not intended to be cashed. To date, everything has always gone well for these types of stays:-). This security deposit can be divided between several people which is in the interest of distributing the awareness of responsibility to the group. Even in the event of a problem (no serious problem), the deposit will not be cashed, as long as Airbnb's insurance is activated or, if applicable, as long as the liability insurance of the damage (s) is (are) activated.
