This option allows you to get rid of stains and focus on the most important: your maximum well-being during your stay - between 10AM and 6PM (€299) or including the evening (€499). 4/ In order to avoid any possibility of wild parties, the owner can reside nearby. 5/ From 15 nights, electricity at the expense of the tenants on the basis of the exact statements of the supplier Totalenergies (1st week offered). 6/€3000 deposit not cashed 7/ CONDITIONS FOR POTENTIALLY FESTIVE EVENTS: For stays that can potentially be festive (birthdays, EVJF...), as long as everything is done 1/with respect for the premises, 2/ the certainty that the house will be returned in the same condition as it was received and 3/ that no neighborhood problems have occurred, everything is possible under the following conditions which aim to minimize the associated risks. - Music allowed inside the closed house, with a speaker provided on site of suitable and largely sufficient caliber without risk of disturbing the neighbors => no problem in this configuration. - Outside, music is allowed at a reasonable noise level (especially around the pool...) in order to avoid disturbing the neighborhood during the day and, between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. in a light background noise to accompany the aperitif. Banned outside after 8PM. - Presence of sound meters with remote alerts. - For festive weekends, a deposit to be divided between an uncollected check + card imprint, which are intended to never be collected or debited. This deposit can be divided between several people, it is even recommended, which has the advantage of spreading the responsibility among the group. Even in the event of a problem (excluding serious problems, malicious acts or vandalism), the security deposit will not be collected, as soon as Airbnb's insurance is activated or, where applicable, as soon as the liability insurance of the person(s) responsible for damage is activated. This check and/or this non-debit card imprint is first of all a "gesture" that humanly and psychologically commits the whole group, thus guaranteeing that they will all be careful not to break anything, to return the premises in good condition, and not to cause trouble with the neighborhood. Acts of vandalism have already taken place on site (see the only 4-star "review", made by a group that vandalized beautiful paintings and left the house disgusting, and that Airbnb did not deign to remove...), vigilance by the owners AND neighbors was unfortunately imposed, in no way preventing respectful and responsible groups from being able to celebrate their events in an exceptional setting. It is a place for "reasonable partying" (the owner does it himself!) with people who respect the place, the neighbors and the exceptional setting, no "big party" without limits that leaves a beautiful house in a deplorable state. As long as these understandable and common sense conditions that guarantee the serenity of all can be respected in your festive project, this house is a wonderful place to celebrate events with friends, family, or colleagues, with everything you need to enjoy the best moments of life with all those you love: good barbecue and everything you need for great cooking, great heated pool, music in the house, all well equipped in the heart of a wonderful bucolic, riparian and floral setting.
