This option allows you to relieve yourself of tasks and focus on the most important thing: your maximum well-being during your stay - between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. (€299) or including the evening (€499). 4/ To avoid any possibility of wild parties, the owner may reside nearby. 5/ From 15 nights, electricity is the responsibility of the tenants on the basis of the exact statements of the supplier Totalenergies (1st week offered). 6/ Security deposit of €3000 not cashed 7/ CONDITIONS FOR POTENTIALLY FESTIVE EVENTS: For stays that can potentially be festive (birthdays, bachelorette parties...), as long as everything is done 1/ with respect for the premises, 2/ the certainty that the house will be returned in the same condition as it was received and 3/ that no neighborhood problem will have occurred, everything is possible under the following conditions which aim to minimize the associated risks. - Music allowed inside the closed house, no worries in this configuration. - Outside, a suitable speaker, of limited caliber, is provided for this purpose on site for the day and, between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. in light background noise to accompany the aperitif. Prohibited outside after 8 p.m. - Presence of sound level meters with remote alerts. - €5,000 deposit by uncashed check, which is intended not to be cashed. To date, everything has always gone well for this type of stay :-). This deposit can be divided between several people, which has the advantage of spreading the awareness of responsibility to the group. Even in the event of a problem (excluding a serious problem), the security deposit will not be collected, as soon as Airbnb's insurance is activated or, if applicable, as soon as the liability insurance of the person(s) responsible for damage is activated.
