The heating combined with its motorized shelter allows a high water temperature compared to the outside temperature (27-30°). Purpose of Waterpolo. The owner being a swimmer himself, a special care is taken to the cleanliness of the pool (climatic hazards including the heat or rain/thunderstorms can sometimes impact the allure of the water which nevertheless remains perfectly clean). A meticulous protocol of regular prophylactic management (every 1-2 days) is applied for stays longer than a weekend to ensure perfect water ;-). This option allows you to relieve yourself of tasks and focus on what's most important: your maximum well-being during your stay – between 2 pm and 6 pm (€299) or including the evening (€599). 4/ In order to avoid any possibility of wild parties, the owner can reside nearby. 5/ For long-term rentals, from 15 nights, electricity is the responsibility of the tenants on the basis of the exact statements of the supplier Totalenergies (1st week offered). 6/€3000 deposit not cashed 7/ In the event of a rental beyond 1 weekend, a regular pool inspection process is necessary (i.e., an expert must come by every 2-3 days) to check the water quality and take action if necessary, to ensure, during stays, expert control of the subtleties that allow the pool water to be kept as impeccable as possible, taking into account the climatic and chemical constraints of group use. For these "long" stays, the fact that the pool was systematically made "green" for us forced us to implement this prophylactic protocol. 7/ CONDITIONS FOR POTENTIALLY FESTIVE EVENTS: For stays that can potentially be festive (birthdays, EVJF...), as long as everything is done 1/with respect for the premises, 2/ the certainty that the house will be returned in the same condition as it was received and 3/ that no neighborhood problems have occurred, everything is possible under the following conditions which aim to minimize the associated risks: - Music allowed inside the gated house, with an on-site speaker provided of suitable calibre and (really) quite powerful to the max without risk of disturbing the neighbors => no worries in this configuration. - Outside, during the day, music allowed at a "reasonable" noise level to avoid disturbing the neighborhood. Banned outside after 20-21H. - For festive weekends: reinforced deposit between uncashed check and card imprint, which are intended to never be cashed or charged. Even in the event of a problem, the deposit will NOT be cashed (excluding serious and intentional problems, malice or vandalism), as long as Airbnb's insurance is activated or, if applicable, as soon as the liability insurance of the person (s) responsible for a damage is activated. This security deposit can be divided between several people, it is even recommended, it is worth distributing the awareness of responsibility to the group. This check and/or card imprint without debit is first of all a "gesture" that engages the whole group humanly and psychologically, thus ensuring that they will do well, everyone, be careful not to break anything, to make the premises in good condition, and not to cause disturbance with the neighborhood. ...not preventing respectful and responsible groups from being able to celebrate their events in an exceptional setting. It is a "reasonable party" place (the owner in fact himself!) with people respectful of the premises, neighbors and the exceptional bucolic setting. Since these understandable and common sense conditions that guarantee everyone's serenity can be respected in your festive project, this house is a wonderful place to celebrate events with friends, family, or colleagues, with everything you need to enjoy the best moments of life with everyone you love: good barbeuk and everything you need for great cooking, super heated pool, music in the house, all well-equipped in the heart of a wonderful bucolic, riparian and floral setting.
