As the owner is a swimmer himself, special care is taken to ensure the cleanliness of the pool (weather conditions, especially heat or rain/thunderstorms, can sometimes affect the appearance of the water, which nevertheless always remains perfectly clean). A meticulous protocol of regular prophylactic treatment (every 1–2 days) is applied for stays longer than a weekend to ensure perfect water ;-). This option allows you to relieve yourself of tasks and focus on the most important thing: your maximum well-being during your stay - between 2 PM and 6 PM (€299) or including the evening (€599). 4/ To avoid any possibility of wild parties, the owner may reside nearby. 5/ For long-term rentals of 15 nights or more, electricity is the responsibility of the guests, based on the exact readings from the supplier TotalEnergies (1st week free). 6/ Uncashed deposit of €3,000. For celebratory events, a double deposit is required with an uncashed check + a credit card imprint without charge. 7/ For rentals lasting longer than one weekend, a regular pool inspection process is required (i.e. an expert must visit every 2–3 days) to check the water quality and take action if necessary, in order to ensure, during stays, management based on expertise in the nuances that allow the pool water to be kept as pristine as possible, taking into account the climatic and chemical constraints of group use. For these "long" stays, the fact that the pool is systematically returned to us "green" has forced us to put this preventive protocol in place. 7/ TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR POTENTIALLY FESTIVE EVENTS: For stays that could potentially be festive (birthdays, bachelorette parties, etc.), as long as everything is done 1/ with respect for the place, 2/ with the certainty that the house will be returned in the same condition as it was received, and 3/ that no neighborhood problems will have occurred, everything is possible under the following conditions, which aim to reduce the associated risks as much as possible: - Music allowed inside the closed house, with a speaker provided on site of a suitable size and (really) quite powerful at maximum without the risk of disturbing the neighbors => no problem in this configuration. - Outside, during the day, music is allowed at a "reasonable" noise level to avoid disturbing the neighborhood. Prohibited outside after 8-9 PM. - For festive weekends: reinforced security deposit between a check (not cashed) and a card imprint, which are intended to never be cashed or charged. Even in the event of a problem, the deposit will NOT be cashed (except for a serious and intentional problem, malicious act or vandalism), as long as the Airbnb insurance is activated or, if applicable, as long as the civil liability insurance of the person(s) responsible for damage is activated. This deposit can be divided between several people; it is even recommended, as it has the advantage of spreading the sense of responsibility among the group. This check and/or card imprint without debit is first and foremost a "gesture" that engages the whole group humanly and psychologically, thus guaranteeing that each and every one of them will take care not to break anything, return the premises in good condition, and not cause trouble for the neighbors. ...In no way preventing respectful and responsible groups from being able to celebrate their events in an exceptional setting. It is a place for "reasonable parties" (the owner does them himself!) with people who respect the premises, the neighbors, and the exceptional bucolic setting. As long as these very understandable and common-sense conditions that guarantee peace of mind for everyone can be respected in your festive plans, this house is a wonderful place to celebrate events with friends, family, or colleagues, with everything you need to enjoy the best moments of life with all those you love: a good barbecue and everything you need for great cooking, a great heated pool, music in the house, everything well equipped in the heart of a wonderful rural, riverside, and floral setting.
