Designer studio located within a 3-minute walk from Puerta del Sol, and 2 minutes away from Plaza de Santa Ana. The space has a queen size double bed on a motorized platform, a sofa, a desk with a screen, keyboard and mouse, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom in suite. The studio is equipped with a projector with access to Amazon Prime Video, TV mode and the possibility of wireless or HDMI connection. The space The apartment is located in a complex of 6 independent and fully equipped studios. There is the possibility to book other or several studios in the complex. Guest access The apartment has Wi-Fi connection with the highest speed on the market. We provide free basic kitchen products such as sugar, salt or extra virgin olive oil. Each studio also has its own Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, and we include complimentary capsules in accordance with the number of guests and nights of the reservation. The complex is equipped with a self-service laundry for common use, completely free of charge, with a washing machine, drying machines and an iron. Detergent and fabric softener are provided free of charge Other things to note The bed is located on a motorized mobile platform, which allows it to be lowered or raised at will by using a switch. In its high position, the platform is practically raised to the ceiling, leaving the study open with no bed in sight and allowing its use as a recreational, work, conference or office space. In the lower mode, the platform remains at medium height, allowing access to the bed by ascending 4 steps using the furniture placed for this purpose. The great height of the complex allows that, even at medium height, there is a large space from the platform to the ceiling, which allows to be comfortably seated or lying on the mattress. The studio has an independent climatisation by aerothermal energy, working with underfloor heating in winter as well as cooling during the summer. This environmentally friendly system avoids all the problems arising due to the presence of air currents.
