Welcome to Casa Roja 1! Located in the heart of Guanajuato, 10min walking distance from all the things to do and see in the center of the city. The casita is located in a property containing a few other casitas and a large yard with lots of plants, flowers and fruit trees. This is a very peaceful place to stay for a weekend or for a month :) Fast internet and strong wifi connection. The space The Casita Roja #1 (Located on the first floor, planta baja) is a cute, rustic looking studio that has it's own kitchen, a dining area (bar top), a bathroom and bedroom area. The casita also has a smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video, as well as a fast internet connection. Outside the casita, you will find the communal garden area shared by all guests (there are 3 other casitas on the property). There is also a laundry room you can use in case you need to do laundry. Guest access You will receive a code to access the house using the smart lock. This code will open the main door to enter the property as well as the door of your casita. Each casita on the property has their own code so that no one else but you and our trusted cleaning crew will have access to your casita. They will not enter your casita until you check-out, in order to get the room ready for the next guests, unless you need assistance during your stay (refill of water, coffee, sugar, more towels etc..) upon request. Other things to note The house is located in a small pedestrian street, which means there is no car access and no parking available on the premise of the property. But there are a couple options to park your car if needed: - Free public parking on the streets or in a parking lot nearby. - Paid parking structure nearby ($250MXN/day) Please keep in mind that the paid parking structure are closed at night, and might also be full depending on the season (during holidays or special events in the city)
