First floor: Panoramic library. First bedroom with two single beds and garden and lake view. Second bathroom with washing machine and shower. Second bedroom with a double bed, a veranda balcony with garden and lake view, walk-in closet, and access to bathroom no. 3 with a bathtub. Second floor (attic): Living room with lake and garden view, third fireplace, sofas, armchairs. Third bedroom with a double bed, walk-in closet, lake and garden view, access to the fourth bathroom with shower. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of one room on the ground floor (in addition to those listed in the description) and some closets (which will be expressly stated) containing personal belongings. Other things to note Maximum diligence and courtesy in the use of the house is required. Furniture and accessories are fine. Any damages and/or shortcomings will be charged. A security deposit of € 1,000.00 will be required at the beginning of the stay. Before the start of the stay, the identity documents of all expected guests will be requested (maximum 6). Additional and/or different people than those communicated are not allowed in the house, under penalty of notice to the public security authorities and charge of the amount of € 250.00 for each person and for each day of violation. Check-out must be made, at a time to be agreed upon, in the presence of the Host. If dishes are left to be washed, a cleaning fee of € 100.00 will be charged. If the keys are lost, a surcharge of € 250.00 will be charged for the replacement of the locks. Any issues/needs should be reported to the Host immediately.
