The Lighthouse: Simple Cozy & Clean Carlsbad 1BR

Sweet one bedroom house with bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. We decorated with yellow for fun, navy for timelessness, and gold for glam. Sleeps up to 4 on a queen bed and full size futon (futon sleeps 2 small people but it's more comfortable for 1).Private Laundry. Kids and pets ok ( also- yard is a mess It's a work in progress). WiFi and streaming Hulu, and all the necessities for a comfortable visit. Professionally cleaned. Contact for long term stays! The space Cute, comfortable little 500ish sq ft 1 bedroom private house. Stocked with everything you need for a great visit! The home is the perfect size for a couple or small family- sleeps up to 4. Small deck in side yard with a charcoal bbq. Happy feeling decor- I don't know how else to describe it :) House is heated by little wall heaters and cooled by 3 window a/c units that do a great job keeping it comfortable. The sunny yellow front door opens to a light filled living room with futon sofa and reading chair, shelving with some extra magazines and card games/ puzzles, and a roku tv ( no cable). To the right leads to the dining room with rustic round wood table/work space, then to the fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals. Past the kitchen is the access to the little backyard ( we plan to build a deck over the remains of an old shed back there). The bedroom is located off the living room with a comfortable queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. Bathroom is newly updated with a handheld shower head and we provide clean linens, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There once was a driveway but now it's basically just dirt in the front yard where you can park. We plan to put gravel soon. We are local hosts and we try to be super helpful.
