Traditional and typical Alsatian house that can accommodate family and friends in a quiet and peaceful setting. The village is a small village with two restaurants and a small bakery. For activities, there is a large shopping area 10 minutes away by car (bowling, go-karts, climbing, etc.) You will be a 15-minute drive from Strasbourg and at the entrance to the Kochersberg, a terroir in the Strasbourg region. The famous Europa Park amusement park is a 45-minute drive away. The space You have the entire accommodation with a living room and dining room separated by a landing and two doors, so if the living room is used as a bedroom, it will be quiet. All the bedrooms are located upstairs (only the living room used as a bedroom is on the ground floor, perfect for people who cannot climb stairs) Bedrooms 2 and 3 are adjoining without a door. The bathroom and toilet are upstairs and on the ground floor. Guest access The entire property is accessible except for the attic and the access behind the red door (access to the oil tank). Please do not access the barn in front of the house because it is not secure. Other things to note You can park your car in the courtyard and on request, we can leave outdoor games for children (balance bike, tricycle, sandpit)
