Cozy apartment in Eppingen-Rohrbach

Welcome to our cozy apartment! We have lovingly renovated it and made it a perfect place for a little break. We live here very quietly on the edge of a small village. So if you're looking for supermarkets, bars, etc., you're unfortunately not in the right place. But you get peace and quiet here. The perfect place to stay before or after the Badewelt, which is only about 15 minutes by car. We look forward to seeing you soon! The space Via a spiral staircase and the large balcony you enter the approx. 20 sqm bright room. There you will find a 1.80 m wide box spring bed. The couch in front of it invites you to linger or to movie evenings. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a small dining or There is a small minibar with local drinks in the fridge. An Alexa sound box provides you with good music and news. In the hallway there is a large mirror, as well as a wardrobe with ample storage space for suitcases, shoes, etc. In the adjacent daylight bathroom, there is a large corner bathtub in addition to a spacious floor-to-ceiling shower. Towels are provided. On the spacious balcony there is a small table with two chairs as well as a large cozy sun island. Depending on the season, you will also find fresh herbs for cooking. If you come to us by car, then a variety of free parking options are available to you. In our village there is a bakery, a restaurant and delivery services. Guest access The day before your stay, we will send you a code with which you can check in. We are happy to welcome you personally and show you everything! Please let us know in advance when exactly you would like to arrive. Other things to note Please note: We live here with two sugar-sweet cats and two small dogs from Romania. If you meet one of the four in the garden, they are always happy to be petted. We also have 11 quails in front of the house and 6 chickens in the garden. Please note the cancellation policy: the stay can only be changed up to 5 days in advance, after which we can no longer accept change requests.
