With a level walkway to the front door, it is convenient for those with mobility issues or who are just tired of carrying luggage. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are one expansive space allowing ease of conversation and open gathering of family and friends. Yet, the various seating clusters beckons those who are ready for an intimate chat. Our screened deck is elevated amongst the trees and is reminiscent of your personal treehouse. It is spacious with a 6-person dining table, and 2 additional lounge areas, one on each side of the fireplace. A propane grill completes this space. The bedrooms are located in opposite corners of the home, thereby providing additional privacy. Both the King's Bedroom and Queen's Bedroom are ensuite, and each offer the luxury of a private open deck with a table and 2 chairs. The perfect spot to sip your morning coffee while planning your day. These bedrooms have light blocking curtains and boast luxurious king-sized beds for the ideal night's sleep. The Heirs' Bedroom also has its own bathroom and is furnished with a queen bed and twin bunk beds. Each bedroom and the living room are furnished with smart TVs and streaming DirectTV with premium channels (HBO, Showtime, Starz, etc). Finally, for those afternoons when you are ready to unplug, we have provided a vast variety of books for the tranquil part of you or various games to satisfy the competitor. Guest access Consider this your home for the duration of your stay. You have access to the garage, which will fit one car. The closet in the King's Room is reserved for the owners. There is an armoire in the room for your convenience to hang your clothes. Other things to note Located only 3 miles from our home, guests have access to all the Sapphire Valley Resort amenities for a nominal fee. The community center offers both an indoor and outdoor pool, a sauna, hot tubs, miniature golf, and fitness center. For the golfer you can choose either Sapphire National Golf Club or a short round at Red Bird Golf.
