For more pics & videos, check out Cabinaway! The space The space is cozy & designed with families and restful guests in mind, making you feel right at home. The private dock and well-stocked kitchen allow you to create everlasting memories. Haus on the Cliff is a 15-minute drive to downtown Huntsville & Arrowhead Provincial Park. It offers 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms, with ample space for 6 people. The property also offers unlimited high Wifi speeds, allowing all to work while being immersed in nature. We also offer the following: • Four-person hot tub! • Fire pit with Muskoka chairs • Propane BBQ • Wraparound Deck • 2 Kayaks (until October 31) • 1 Canoe (until October 31) • Lifejackets At the Haus, you can go to bed while gazing at shooting stars and wake up to the sound of birds chirping with the gentle rustle of the trees. We can't wait to host you! SUPPLIES We try to minimize wastage of supplies at the property. Furthermore, it is impossible for us to know how many consumables you will use, as this is highly dependent on the number of guests in your party, the number of nights that you will be staying, and your consumption habits. Therefore, all guests will have access to the following: • Two paper towel rolls • Three toilet paper rolls per bathroom • Two Kleenex boxes • One bath towel per guest If you anticipate needing more, you may either request it at least 1 week in advance or bring your own. FOR YOUR SAFETY AND ENJOYMENT • The property is surrounded by tall pine trees and greenery. Naturally, there will be wildlife, bugs, and small critters in and around the surroundings. While opening doors and windows, they may get into the home. This is normal and not indicative of the cleanliness or maintenance of the property. When you are in nature, please expect that you may also interact with nature's creation more often than when at home. • Our home is located in a remote location, and garbage collection is not administered by the municipality. Therefore, the responsibility to dispose trash used during the stay lies with the guest. There are three locations where trash could be disposed: 1. 1931 Limberlost Rd, Huntsville, ON P1H 2J6 (8 minute drive) 2. 1020 Oxtongue Rapids Park Rd, Dwight, ON P0A 1H0 (13 minute drive) 3. 1062 Rosewarne Dr, Bracebridge, ON P1L 0A1 (33 minute drive) Please note that these locations have varying operating hours, and the guest is responsible for planning the trip and disposal accordingly. • Kayak paddles, canoe oars, and life jackets are only accessible from May 1 until the end of Fall (October 31). These dates are subject to change depending on weather. • Occasionally, there may be power outages at the property. There is no backup generator and refunds will not be considered due to the lack of control over outages. • Please bring your own drinking water. However, the water at the property is perfectly safe for showering, cooking etc. • Early check-in and late check-out are provided for a nominal fee and are subject to availability. Guest access You can enjoy the entire cottage and the waterfront with its full amenities. The following amenities have restrictions based on season: • Kayaks & canoe: Until October 31st or until first snowfall, whichever comes first. • Stairs leading to waterfront: Until Winter; these stairs are not maintained during the winter, and guests who use them to access the waterfront do so at their own risk. Other things to note • The entry code, Wi-Fi, and house rules will be shared on the day of check-in. • If you are interested in early check-in or late check-out, we may be able to accommodate for a nominal fee of $60 for each, or $100 for both. Please inquire with us if you are interested! • Gone are the days of lugging heavy bags of firewood from a gas station. We offer firewood at our property for purchase at $12/bag! • Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. Inquire with host.
