In the event these or any similar amenity is unavailable, guest agrees to a credit up to a maximum of $50.00 per night It's important that all licensed rentals in Palm Springs follow rental laws to remain in business. Failure to abide by these rules can result in immediate eviction with no refund, loss of deposit, and possible further legal action.
