Ocean Pines provides a private block-long beach at 49th St in Ocean City. Parking passes for the OC Club in Ocean city and pool passes for any of the 5 pools can be purchased through the Ocean Pines Association. Cottage was recently renovated with a new kitchen, bathrooms, new carpeting, new mattresses and bedding, and central air conditioning. The cottage comfortably sleeps 8 in three bedrooms and a loft. Occupants are limited to family groups only - no sororities, fraternities or non-chaperoned groups are allowed to book with us. You must be 28 years of age, or older, to obtain a rental agreement on a property. If a group misrepresents themselves, they will be evicted immediately without refund.
