The house is situated in a lovely, quiet cul de sac next to an extensive walking and bike trail. 5 min. walk to restaurants and grocery shopping. Close to Bart station and hwy. The bedroom I'm renting was my own bedroom and it's in transition while I'm moving to another room on the property. You will have a dresser and one closet available to use. The home is shared with a few other housemates. The space The bedroom is spacious with calming colors and decor. Close to Bart station and hwy. Guest access There is a private patio space with a fire pit and chairs for the guest's own private use. Guest may use the kitchen, dining room, living room and patio in the front or the backyard. During your stay I live on the property and usually around. I enjoy interactions with guests but I understand that some guests prefer their privacy. I am happy to offer suggestions on where to go eat, places to go, etc. Other things to note My pet fee $12/ day or a flat rate of $125, whichever comes out less.
