The main floor features an open kitchen and dining area which is perfect for a small family or group. The living room has a flame gas stove, large tv, and a queen-sized sofa bed. There are two bedrooms upstairs. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, sitting area, and an ensuite with a jet tub, while the second room has bunk beds. This French Alps-inspired chalet features original large wood beams, plaster walls, skylights, wide planked floors and barnboard walls - character galore! Parking for 3-4 cars. Nicknamed the "Aspen of the East", Ellicottville is a year-round mecca for activities. In the winter enjoy skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, tubing and snowmobiling, while the other seasons offer biking, fishing, golf, tennis, Sky High Adventure Park, hiking, and challenging mountain biking minutes from your door.
