Kitchen: your personal cabinet, personal set of plates/bowls/cups/silverware. Your shelf in the refrigerator, freezer, pantry. A separate refrigerator for guests. Provided: tea, coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil. Shared: dining room, mini-gym, laundry room, patio, backyard. 12 mins to TAMU, 7 mins to RELLIS. The space This is a new house. Everything is clean and well organized. You have your private lockable room with a queen bed, foldable chair, cube storage organizer, tower fan. Private office space in Your room: a desk, desk lamp, desk organizer, stationery, office chair, whiteboard, and Wi-Fi. Walk-in closet: hangers, shelves rack, mirror. Your room is lockable, you get 1 key. Bathrooms - there are two: The Full bathroom is either Yours, private or shared with 1 or 2 other guests (the host uses another one). Additionally, there is a shared half bathroom downstairs. The hair dryer and toiletries are provided (shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothpaste). Kitchen: In the kitchen, you have your personal cabinet with an individual set of plates, bowls, cups, silverware, etc. You have your shelf in the refrigerator, freezer, and pantry. There is a separate refrigerator for guests and lots of space. Ice cubes in the freezer. Other utensils (pots, pans, oven trays, etc) are shared, as well as appliances (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, slow cooker). Let us keep everything clean. Also provided: Tea (various types, including herbal); Instant coffee; Salt; Black pepper; Sugar; Cooking oil (organic coconut oil); Remineralized reverse-osmosis filtered water (in a pitcher); Kettle (for rapid boiling of water). Also in the shared area: dining room, whiteboarding zone. Mini-Gym: a pull-up tower and a set of dumbbells. Laundry: you get your personal laundry basket (inside your room closet), and you can use the washer and dryer for a nominal fee. Detergent is provided. Iron and the ironing board are available. Please note: Laundry facilities should not be used for items that are heavily soiled from construction work or ground-related activities. For such cases, I can suggest a nearby laundromat. Backyard with patio - outside table, benches, umbrella. The First aid kit. Fire extinguishers, fire blankets, and smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are on every floor. There are no animals in the house. There is no TV, but Wi-Fi is 500Mbps. No alcohol, drugs, vaping/smoking, swearing, etc. (Tobacco smoking can be done outside - patio or backyard.) Each room is for 1 person only! I will send you access to the property and all details upon booking. We use passcode or smartphone to open the house entrance door.
