This is a beautiful garden level apartment is in a custom home in a quiet part of town. You'll enjoy views of the mountains from the living room and the courtyard. You will be within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores with organic food. This is a great place to relax, meditate and write or a place to launch yourself out for a hike, an exploration of the local spiritual centers, or a walk along one of the nearby creeks or enjoy the Dark Sky. The space This is a private apartment with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and separate bedroom. The apartment is artfully appointed and comfortable with lighting designed for task and mood. There is a shared courtyard and deck with beautiful landscaping and two outdoor cats. This home is very well-insulated and is warm in the winter and cool in the summer, with no need for air-conditioning. Guest access The guest space is completely separate from the main living area. There is no laundry access but the laundromat is less than half a mile away. Other things to note This is a quiet home perfect for contemplative guests, and because it is attached to our space there is some noise and activity interchange.We are very mindful of this and ask you to be also.Thank you for this consideration.
