The house is only 20 minutes from Lancaster City, yet surrounded by state parks and nature preserves. Relax and enjoy the view for MILES from the wrap around porch or the balcony. Or go for an adventure and enjoy miles of hiking, explore caves or waterfalls, or head out into the water to explore the islands. Great waters for kayaks, jet skis, boats, wake boards and fishing. There is public boat ramp access at the marina below and plenty of parking there or at the house for trailers. The Pequea runs along side the property at the base of the hill and the Susquehanna is short walk down to the recreational area. If you want to just hang out at the house, the place is so comfortable and really has everything. A fire place, fully stocked kitchen, ice dispenser in fridge door, new gas stove with convection oven and air fryer, charcoal and propane grills, grilling supplies, an outdoor fire pit, games, 55 inch OLED screen, soaking tub, 3 queen sized beds, linens, towels.
