The space 🏡 HOME 🐾 PETS 🚗 PARKING ⸻ 🛏️ ROOMS • Master (main level): King • Attic: Two twins + one twin foldout (3 twins total) • Additional living room space (main level): Queen • One full bathroom: Old-school clawfoot tub + shower ⸻ 🍳 COOK’S KITCHEN Gas stove, full-size refrigerator, coffee maker, French press, filtered water, blender, juice press, plus plenty of spices and cooking, baking, and grilling accessories. ⸻ 🏡 HOUSE EXTRAS • 🚿 Outdoor shower: seasonal (great before or after the hot tub) • 🌿 Sunny breakfast nook with a sweet garden view • 📚 Shelves filled with games and books for all ages • 🧘‍♀️ Yoga mats for a peaceful stretch or morning flow • 🧸 A secret kids’ hideout tucked into the large attic closet ⸻ 🌿 OUTDOOR AMENITIES • Front porch: Covered dining space with keyless entry • Back deck: 6-person hot tub + seasonal outdoor rain shower • Fenced grassy area that includes the back deck ⸻ 🐾 PET POLICY • Friendly, well-behaved dogs are very welcome! 🐶 • Limit: up to 2 dogs under 40 lbs(requests outside this may be approved in advance) • There’s a fenced grassy area, along with a spacious back deck and front porch for outdoor time • We kindly ask that pets stay off the beds and furniture. If your pup is used to being on furniture, please bring plenty of pet blankets to help protect surfaces • Please remember to bring waste bags and clean up after your pet — thank you! • If excessive pet hair or mess requires significant extra cleaning time, an additional cleaning fee may apply We love hosting dogs, and West Asheville is a super pet-friendly area with lots of great spots to explore together 🐾 ❤️ ⸻ 🚙 🚘 PARKING • We’re able to accommodate up to 2 small to medium-sized vehicles onsite • If one of your vehicles is larger, just give us a heads up beforehand and we’ll help make sure the spacing works comfortably • The driveway is lightly shared, so please pull all the way forward into your designated spots to help keep access clear • Any additional vehicles will need to park along nearby side streets Thank you! ⸻ 🚶‍♀️ WALK TO SHOPS + RESTAURANTS • Head down the driveway and cross to the sidewalk — Haywood Rd is just to the left • Coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, fun local spots, and the Asheville Retrocade are all just a short stroll away — most within a block or two ENJOY YOUR STAY! Guest access 🔑 ENTRY DETAILS *FRONT DOOR CODE (sent before check-in) *BACK DOOR: white key is hooked on the refrigerator (back door in kitchen is closer to parking area) Other things to note 💦 HOT TUB 🔥 FIRE PIT 🧺 LAUNDRY 💧 HOT TUB • PLEASE RINSE OFF BEFORE ENTERING—helps prevent filter clogs from lotions, oils, and hair products • Slide the cover off and place it beside the tub (remote underneath). Keep the cover on when not in use, and please avoid sitting, standing, or letting pets on it • No glass in or around the hot tub • Children must be supervised at all times • Please be mindful of noise in the evenings • In colder weather, the hot tub may briefly go into “protection mode”—this is normal and should reset on its own • If the water isn’t heating properly or anything seems off, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help troubleshoot or have it serviced • Staying 6+ days? Let us know if you’d like a quick hot tub refresh during your stay and we’ll do our best to make it happen • Enjoy your soak! 💦 ⸻ 🔥 FIRE PIT • Firewood bundles can be purchased at Ingles Market down the street • Keep fires small and manageable, and never leave a fire unattended • Fully extinguish the fire when finished, and replace the lid once the fire has cooled • Do not move the fire pit or use it in windy or very dry conditions • Please avoid using gasoline, lighter fluid, or other accelerants • Children should be supervised at all times, as the fire pit and surrounding surfaces can become very hot • A fire blanket is located nearby for safety and can be used to quickly smother small flames if needed ⸻ 🧺 LAUNDRY ACCESS Shared washer + dryer in the basement Laundry hours: • Airbnb guests (main house): 9 AM – 5 PM • Tenant in the separate garage apartment: 5 PM – 9 AM Basement entrance: • Main house guests: through the wooden door across from the dining table • Garage apartment entrance is separate and accessed from outside Basement lights: • Switch is next to the fan/light remote in the kitchen • Please turn the basement lights off when finished, as it controls multiple lights 〰️ Thanks so much!
