Just 200 meters from the beach of S. Isidoro, a quiet town in the municipality of Nardò (LE), is VILLA DAVELE, which can accommodate 6 people. The villa on the ground floor is a vacation home equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners, a crib, a masonry barbecue and a washing machine. The interiors consist of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a TV, wifi and air conditioning, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (both air-conditioned) and a bathroom with a shower. The space Just 200 meters from the sandy beach of S. Isidoro, Villa Davele ground floor is a holiday apartment in a new context of semi-detached terraced houses. From the entrance gate in the courtyard shared with the upper floor, you can access a spacious veranda equipped with comfortable relaxing armchairs; on the side of the veranda there is a convenient outdoor shower and a foot-washing tap. The interiors open with a flat-screen TV area and a double sofa bed, to continue with the kitchenette consisting of: a stovetop, an electric oven, a refrigerator, a freezer and a table with 6 chairs; the living area ends with a sliding window that gives access to the covered courtyard behind it, equipped with an additional table and chairs to be able to have lunch and dinner outdoors thanks to the masonry barbecue. In the courtyard there is also a washing machine with a sink and special drying racks. From the living area, you pass through the hallway that leads to the windowed bathroom with a shower equipped with a hairdryer, a double bedroom, and a bedroom with 2 single beds with direct access to the backyard. Every room except the bathroom is equipped with air conditioning with a heat pump and mosquito nets in all the rooms. The room is protected by an alarm connected by telephone to the local security. We have an agreement with the brewery 'Birra Salento' in Leverano for guided tours with tastings and also with some local restaurants, contact us by message if interested.
