Free electric bus right in front of the house (to the north of the island, to the airport, to the ferry terminal), motorbike rental shop right in front of Mi amor apartment. Big supermarkets with good prices, local seafood markets, parks, beaches, temples, reputable spa and beauty centers are all very close to home... within a radius of about 1km. Smoking is not allowed in the room. You can smoke in open spaces or on the rooftop relaxation area.
