Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place with access to US-131, I-196, and I-96 and M-6. My home is located in a quiet suburb of Grand Rapids, located between the popular city of Grand Rapids and the “Gold Coast” of Lake Michigan. We are located about 30 minutes from the beaches of Holland, and about 15 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids. 2 rooms are available, a primary room for 1-2 guests and a 2nd room for parties of 3-4. 2 people wanting both rooms is additional cost. The space The home is well-kept and clean. While this is my full time home, I make every effort to welcome my guests and give them all the space they need. I have, Kyle, a very well behaved dog that will want to greet her new friends, but she is otherwise harmless. The listed area is up to two bedrooms and a private bathroom on the upper level. The main guest room has a Keurig Machine and small refrigerator. The second guest room is available for up to 2 additional guests. The basement is also available as an airbb rental. House quiet hours begin at 10pm. Access to the kitchen, laundry room, and lower patio with hot tub, upper deck with barbecue pit is available with little coordination to be sure my daughter and I clear our things for your use. Guest access Guests will be able to use private room, private bathroom and the laundry, kitchen, and living room on the main floor. Guests will also have access to the hot tub, which is open from late October to mid-April) I have two kayaks available for guests to use on our many nearby rivers and lakes. The room as a minified with freezer and a microwave. During your stay As this is my primary residence, I will usually be around to help guests with any questions related to our local community. Please feel free to ask about what beaches to see on Lake Michigan or a great places to eat or visit in Grand Rapids. Other things to note I occasionally rent out my basement apartment as an Airbb space. However, the basement apartment is fairly seperated from the main and upper floors and you will likely never see any possible basement guest. **please note the hot tub is only available when the weather cools significantly- normally October to early April. I have tried keeping it open year round and it simply does not get used once it warms up. Please message me with any questions.
