All new appliances and Adirondack-style furniture. Enjoy all the Adirondacks have to offer at this cozy Old Forge home! The space Each room has new Adirondack-style furniture, smart TV, and dresser. Two rooms have king beds and one has two bunks (4 twin beds - fun for kids, but fit adults too!). The living room couch also has a pullout bed that can fit two. There are two full baths with necessities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels. There is a very large living room with wood burning fireplace (wood not provided, but available at several locations in town). There is also central AC, WiFi, a kitchen with many cooking supplies (including spices, pots, pans, utensils, and Crockpot), a microwave, and dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. The house is on an acre of land along Moose River with privacy fences on both sides. There are river views from the living room where you will often see deer walking through the large backyard. There is a fire pit in the backyard (wood not provided, but available at several locations in town) and a 16’ x 28’ deck off the living room with a propane Weber grill. There is parking for 5 vehicles (there is a garage, driveway, and side yard which can also be used for snowmobile trailers). Guest access Key code access.
