Located in the quaint Pearl Mack neighborhood of North Denver. 2BD rental in a centrally located home less than 30 minutes from Boulder and Red Rocks! Extremely cozy and cleaned with care. Equipped with a fully-stocked kitchenette, coffee/tea bar, WFH set up, full bathroom, in-unit W/D, a covered patio, gas fire-pit and lastly, a fully fenced-in backyard. The space NO shared spaces. This is a basement apartment with 2 bedrooms; King and Queen beds. The unit has its own separate entrance from the upper unit using a digital keypad code provided at check-in. In the main living area of the suite, there is a dining table for four, WFH set up, large sectional, fully stocked kitchenette, and Roku TVs in the living room as well as both bedrooms. Coffee, creamer, sugar, tea provided! Along with the fully fenced-in backyard comes a cozy covered patio with oversized outdoor furniture, string lights, and a gas fire pit table. Get cozy and enjoy the Colorado air! Guest access You have access to the entire two-bedroom rental suite, paved driveway located behind a privacy gate, a covered outdoor patio, and a size-able gravel backyard landscape. Note: The driveway in the front of the home is shared with me. You have access to the right-side of the front driveway if you prefer not to pull your vehicle(s) behind the gate where more parking is located. Other things to note You may hear footsteps from upstairs. I have barriers to minimize this as much as possible but my guests are always encouraged to contact me if noise ever becomes an issue! The thermostat is located in the upper unit and cannot be accessed from the basement suite. However, there is a Nest Mini on the King bedroom nightstand that you can control the temperature with by speaking to it. Instructions on how to use this will be provided in the check-in message that I will send prior to arrival. NO food should go down the sink drain and must be thrown in trash. Trash/Recycling bins are on the exterior right-side of the home, behind the driveway gate. They are bright orange & labeled. These are shared with me, your host! *The small chance where you could run into me is if I am taking the trash bins down/up the driveway or quickly grabbing something from the red shed at the back of the property. SAFETY: Fire extinguisher is in the cabinet under the sink in the Kitchenette. First Aid kit is located in the bathroom sink cabinet. And Fire/Carbon detector is located on the ceiling outside of the bathroom. FIREPIT/OUTDOOR PATIO: The gas fire-pit on the back patio is controlled with a propane tank that is located in the base of the table. You will control the fire with the knob located on one side of the base.
