The space The house has three private entrances and units to the home. Guests will have access to the second level unit, second level deck, and shared backyard. There are no interior stairs inside the home. This unit on the second level has three bedrooms and two full baths. One room with a king bed, second room with a queen bed, and a third room with one full bed, a twin bed, plus a twin size trundle. All three units share a laundry room located on the first floor. Other things to note NEW ADDITIONS FOR 2024! For 2024 we are happy to announce that we have made some updates to our beach house. - An HVAC minisplit unit was added to the front sitting room. - The upstairs master bedroom now has a king size bed. - The upstairs "bunk room" now has a twin over full bunk bed plus a twin size trundle.
