Located in the heart of snow country is our cozy home with 5 bedrooms, 1 bath, and oversized 1 car garage. The space has a tarred driveway and trailer parking on the opposite side (lawn). Guests have garage access to park toys, vehicles, etc. There is an open fully appointed kitchen with a breakfast bar (2 chairs) and a dining table with seating for 6 (total). *Extra chairs and table leaf located in the basement. The living room has a Roku smart tv, sectional, and games/books/magazines. Wi-Fi is strong throughout the house. You will also find a “gear” room that is waterproofed to hang snowmobile attire to warm and dry after a long day of sledding! The kitchen has a microwave, electric range, Keurig coffee maker, and fridge/freezer combo and is stocked to serve up to 12 guests. It comes with a full set of dishware, as well as glasses of all kinds. It also has a full complement of cooking pots and pans to make it fun for the whole gang to dish up a great meal. We start every rental off with coffee, powdered creamer and sugar. There is also an array of spices, cooking spray, and tinfoil. There is also a large crockpot. New 4 burner gas grill with utensils can be found on the back porch. Our cozy chalet sleeps up to 10 people. One bedroom and the bathroom located on the first floor. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The gear room and laundry room with washer/dryer are also on the first floor. 4 bedrooms are located on the second floor. There is a linen closet of the second floor with extra sheets, blankets. and 4 fans. Please note there are NO air conditioners at this property. There is a small porch and spacious backyard. Direct snowmobile/ATV trail access is located through the back yard and is well marked. A new firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs can also be found in the backyard. *No pets due to insurance purposes, no exceptions* We are pleased to also offer extra 'add on' services to enhance your stay. They include the following: *A Personal Shopping Service who will stock the kitchen and bar for you to your specifications prior to your arrival so all you have to do is walk in the door and let the fun begin! *A Local Chef who can provide baked goods and prepped meals for less cooking and stress! * A Certified Nurse Injector who can bring Botox and Dermal Filler directly to you for all your medical aesthetic needs! * Housekeeping service for those looking to freshen up the area during a long stay, quick cleans and deep cleans available. *All services listed above will be provided for an additional cash fee. *Please give 24 hours' notice for any of the services offered above. Guests have access to the entire house. We ask that you do not use anything in the basement other than the table leaf and extra chairs for the dining room table. We also ask that you enter through the side door near the garage and not the front door in the living room. We are available via phone and live about 15 minutes from the property. Pull hard to shut the side door completely.
