The Space: BEDROOMS - Embrace large open spaces as soon as you step inside the premises as this decadent holiday home boasts a total of 5 grand bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor. Each bedroom has a distinct theme and colour palette. - All the bedrooms boast a variety of amenities to ensure your utmost comfort including an AC, Wi-Fi access, foldable beds, king-sized beds, wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms.  - An attached balcony overlooking the serene green boundaries of the home is offered in 2 bedrooms. Please note that there are a total of 6 bedrooms and if this listing is booked, guests will have access to 5 bedrooms.  BATHROOMS - There are 5 attached bathrooms and 2 powder rooms.  - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. INDOOR AREAS  - The enticing indoor spaces are immaculate and clean. The large open spaces are ornamented with soothing monochromatic furnishings and stunning amenities.  - The black entryway opens up to a glimmering lobby with a sunroof, large windows offering you glimpses of the outside and a swing. - Walk further in to your left, and you will land up in the expansive drawing room of the property, with floor-to-ceiling windows that allow loads of natural light.  - It is a seamless melange of black and white monochromes sprinkled with geometric elements. - Decked with bold white sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 6 people, it also offers an AC, TV, Wi-Fi and a wired music system.  - On the other end of this charming abode is another drawing room, much bigger than the previous one. It features ample sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 10 people along with a bar counter and a powder room.  - It is equipped with a myriad of amenities including AC and Wi-Fi access. It opens up to an attached wrap-around balcony overlooking the beautifully manicured gardens, decked with a coffee table and all-weather chairs.  - Relish all your meals in the separate chandelier-clad air-conditioned dining area, thoughtfully designed and furnished with a long table and chairs that can accommodate up to 14 people.  - As you make your way through the home, you will land up at the indoor courtyard dotted with seating arrangements and a foosball table overlooking the backyard.  - Walk up the mezzanine floor that leads up to an open lounge area embellished with a cosy set-up of mattress and cushions, perfect for unwinding and relaxing. - If you are in the mood to binge-watch your favourite shows, movies or dramas, the TV room is at your disposal! It is adorned with an L-shaped sofa bed, and overlooks the surrounding verdure.  - The entirety of the home is dotted with spacious, sunkissed verandahs and patios, all leading to the lush green exteriors of the home.  OUTDOOR AREAS  - This opulent abode promises unending greenery, manicured gardens and a refreshing tropical breeze.  - The inviting landscaped gardens envelop the home, ensuring misty air throughout the villa.  - Relax and let go of all your worries as you swing away and read a book on the hammock.  - Walk further into the cobbled path, and you will find the secret garden of the home - one of our favourite spots here! It is furnished with snug picnic wooden benches and fairy lights that twinkle during the evening - making it something straight out of a dream.  - On the other end of the lawn is a gazebo - with quintessential rattan furnishings. It boasts ample seating space.  - To the left of this gazebo is a separate alfresco dining space, nestled amidst lush greenery. The set-up here includes wooden chairs and tables for up to 10 people.  - As you wander through the lush foliage of the home, you will find yourself in the midst of cool blues - the private swimming pool and the jacuzzi - both generously sized.  - Guests can enjoy a relaxing soak in the private swimming pool, 70x30 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth.  - There is a separate jacuzzi, 30x20 ft. in size and 2 ft. in depth.  - Guests have access to the pool and jacuzzi from 7 AM to 10 PM.  - Soak in the Alibaug sun and relax on the pouffes and loungers placed by the pool and jacuzzi.  - The boho-chic alfresco poolside dining will charm you in more ways than one. It is ornamented with a noteworthy hanging light and quintessential outdoor furnishings for up to 8 people and 4 rotating barstools.  - Guests can head over to the terrace for unwinding, relaxing and rejuvenating amidst the tropical sun and the balmy breeze. It is furnished with ample seating arrangements along with carrom, pool table and table tennis.  KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen.  - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - A barbecue can be arranged at an extra charge. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug. Guest access The guests have access to their rooms and common areas except for the kitchen. During your stay The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 1 female and 1 male staff member at an additional cost per person of Rs. 1500, per day. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges.  HANDPICKED EXPERIENCES  The Charcoal Villa strikes the perfect balance between the indoor and outdoor spaces - it is a melange of experiences that make for a memorable getaway. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Please note that there are a total of 6 bedrooms and if this listing is booked, guests will have access to 5 bedrooms and the common areas.  - The stay is a part of the gated community.  - The location of the villa is secluded.  - Guests are advised to remain cautious given the presence of snakes and frogs around the villa.  - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the electrical appliances for up to 8 hours and the inverter can support lights and fans for up to 7 hours.  - Mobile networks such as Jio, Airtel and Vi work fairly well here. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.  - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.  - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.
