The house is located in Izu-Kogen, featuring a hot spring bath. It boasts a 160㎡, 4LDK design with a large garden, offering privacy and a peaceful stay for your group. It has the large, beautifully tiled living room. Enjoy watching Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube on a 120-inch big screen with professional-grade 5.1ch speakers. It feels like you're in a theater! Play your favorite music by connecting your phone to the Bluetooth or Airplay. If you’re lucky, you can see the beautiful stars.  The mostly one-story house has only one room on the second floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, an oven toaster, a gas stove, and a refrigerator. The living room and kitchen also have floor heating, making it cozy and comfortable even in the winter season. Additionally, there’s a laundry machine with a dryer, making it perfect for your long-term stay. *BEDROOM 1F Japanese/Western style room (1) → 1 double bed 1F Japanese/Western room (2) → 3 single beds 1F Japanese-style room → 6 sets of futon bedding 2F Western-style room → 1 king bed *Double and king beds are for 2 people. *AMENITIES We provide the following amenities as standard:  shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, towels, toothbrushes, hair combs, cotton puffs, a razor, and other amenities. *KITCHEN We provide seasonings, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and cooking oil. However, we will discontinue providing Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts as of January 5, 2026. You will still be able to enjoy movies and videos within the facility, but please log in using your own account when viewing. Additionally, if using our company account, you will not be able to view paid content. Therefore, if you wish to view paid content, please prepare your own account. Guest access There are no prohibited areas. Your pets are welcome to go anywhere on the premises. Other things to note ++Available check-in time++ Check-in time is from 16:00 to 22:00. We cannot respond to any problems related to check-in after 22:00. ++About changing the number of guests++ We do not have a room charge system, so even if you are within the maximum number of guests, the price will change according to the number of guests. If there is a change in the number of guests, please contact us at least one day prior to your stay. In addition, if you are only using the facilities for a BBQ or other event and not staying overnight, you will still be charged the usual additional fee. ++Paid service++ ・Bonfire — 1500yen/including firewood ・BBQ — 2500yen/including BBQ equipment *just bring your own food for your BBQ Credit card payment is the only acceptable method, and payment can be made using the laminated QR code located at the accommodation. ++Pet fee++ ・There is no fee for up to 2 pets. Rates will vary depending on the number of people. If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know. In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay. ++Smoking++ Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building. Smoking area is limited on the balcony only. In case any guest smokes in the building, we will fine 80,000 JPY. ++Parking++ There are two parking spaces available on the premises and an additional one street parking spaces in front of the house. ++BBQ++ To maintain a friendly relationship with the local community, we kindly request that BBQs be held between the hours of 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Our BBQ set includes a gas stove and we ask that you refrain from using charcoal due to fire safety concern. ++Sparklers&fireworks++ Do not play sparklers.If you wanna play it, Please go to Akasawa Kaigan Beach It takes about 15 min by car from the property. If you do, we might evict all you guys from the property. ++ About the natural environment ++ The property is located in a rich natural environment, so you can see wild birds, squirrels, and other animals such as beetles. Although we take measures to prevent insects from entering the rooms, it is difficult to prevent them completely, so we do not recommend guests who are not fond of insects to stay at the hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding. ++Caution++ If there is any damage or loss to the belongings, walls, floors, furniture, or other items in the house during your stay, we will charge you for the full cost of restoration.
