Vineyard Home in Mudgee

The Skimstone vineyard is a peaceful and stylish vineyard retreat with distinctive guest houses. 15 min drive from town. All guests can enjoy the stunning views with rolling hills, dam, and vineyard. Take a rejuvenating morning walk in the vineyard and along the Cudgegong River to discover the nature and wildlife or relax and enjoy the afternoon sunset with a glass of our award-winning wine and a classic Aussie BBQ on the opening decking area. A complimentary wine is offered on your arrival. The space The property is newly built and was completed at the end of 2022. A two bedroom house, including one ensuite, and a guest/disabled-access bathroom. It overlooks the hills, water and vineyard. The property has a large undercover outdoor space for entertaining and BBQ. It features high ceilings and a modern kitchen with a fridge, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, plates, cups and cutlery. The bedrooms are set up with a queen-size bed and a king-size bed, which can be separated into 2 long singles, with an additional two trundles if needed. Comfortable for 4-6 people. Guest counts exceeding 4 will be subjected to an additional charge of $90 per person per night. Guest access Guests can drive through and park in front of the accomodation. Guests can walk in the vineyard but not the rows between vines. It is recommend to wear closed shoes. Guests can access to the Cudgegong River at the back of the vineyard; fishing is possible. Other things to note Please keep the property clean and tidy and don’t move the furniture. If you move the furniture, please return them to their original place, otherwise additional charges will be applied. We have 3 phase EV charge for electrical cars. Registration number PID-STRA-46148
