This unit is in an older, walk up building, but in the BEST location! Guest access At the crossroads of SoHo and Little Italy, the apartment is a moment's walk to SoHo, Little Italy, China Town, and Nolita. A ten minute walk to Tribeca and the Lower East Side. Within a few minutes you can catch the 6, N, R, Q, J subway lines. In less than a ten minute walk you can catch the F, A, C, E, B, D, M subway lines. Other things to note It's a no frills sort of space and in a quiet family building. In the summer we have a window AC and in the winter the apartment is heated by electric space heaters.
