You can just chill in your room and enjoy the fast WiFi and Netflix. No need to take turns as we have 3 full bathrooms all fitted with a shower heater. The location is very accessible as it is along the taxi/jeepney route. It is just a short drive from a 7-11 or a local grocery store and a lot of nearby restaurants. The space The Master Bedroom has its own balcony to view the quiet Baguio neighborhood. The other 2 rooms has floor to ceiling windows. Perfect for chilling in your room with a good book or just browsing the web with a view. MASTER BEDROOM - 1 Queen bed - Can add 2 floor air mattresses (double bed size) - It has a bathroom ensuite, a wall fan, an air cooler, a cabinet and a dresser with mirror, steam iron and hair dryer. 2ND BEDROOM - 1 Double bed - Can add 1 floor mattress (queen size) - It is furnished with a wall fan, a cabinet and a dresser with mirror. 3RD BEDROOM - 1 Double bed - Can add 1 floor mattress (double bed size) - It is furnished with a wall fan and a cabinet KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, rice cooker, oven toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator and water dispenser. There are plates, utensils, cups, glasses, knives, pots and pans available for use. LIVING ROOM The living room has a 45" Smart TV with Netflix and Youtube access. Wifi is fast and reliable. We have a full-sized couch and a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people. DINING ROOM The dining table can seat up to 6 people. We also have a kitchen counter with 2 bar stools. PARKING We have 1 parking slot within the premise, another parking slot in front of the gate and free additional parking on the street. Other things to note - NO SMOKING/VAPING within the property. It is prohibited. - As much as we love our furry friends, we DO NOT ALLOW PETS in this property. - Please bring your own BATH TOWELS AND TOILETRIES.
