The first floor includes: - Two air-conditioned bedrooms (including a primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom) - A convenient half bathroom near the entrance - An additional full bathroom on the main level - A bright social area that connects to the backyard - The backyard is set up for relaxing and gathering, with the garden walkway, hammock area, tiki-style bar, and now a pool. The second floor lounge remains locked and unused during your stay. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire first-floor accommodation. Shared access includes: Fully equipped kitchen Backyard and hammock area Covered tiki bar and patio spaces The second floor may be occupied by other guests during this period. All shared spaces are designed to be comfortable and respectful for everyone. During your stay We aim to make your stay as smooth and self-explanatory as possible, while always being available if needed. Guests will find a printed welcome book in both English and Spanish, outlining everything about the home, including parking instructions, amenities, and helpful local tips. The book also includes QR codes linking to a full video walkthrough of the property. Throughout the home, additional QR codes are placed in key areas for quick, step-by-step video guides. These short videos show how to operate specific features such as the water system, TVs, and streaming services, so help is always just a scan away. We are available and responsive through the Airbnb platform throughout your stay. All communication is kept within Airbnb for clarity and peace of mind, with support always close at hand. Other things to note Tropical House León is located directly in front of Banpro Sutiaba, near a major, well-lit intersection that is active and easy to navigate. This central location offers convenient access to everyday essentials while providing a strong sense of safety and accessibility. Within one block or less, guests will find supermarkets (including Pali), mini-market (Super Express), bakery, local restaurants, pharmacies, bank and ATM services, bus stops, and the included private parking garage. The beach is approximately a 30-minute drive, making this a great base for enjoying both the city and the coast. Getting around is simple and convenient. Public buses stop directly in front of the property and connect you to all areas of León as well as nearby beaches. Taxis are readily available, and private off-site parking is included for guests traveling with a vehicle.
