Comfy 1-bedroom apt in a quiet part of Niebuszewo, yet close to the city centre (Plac Rodla-20min walk) and Jasne Blonia (12min), with plenty of amenities and good transport links. This pet-friendly apt is a great starting point to explore the city without experiencing traffic. Free public parking just 150m away. Perfect for a couple, but spacies enough for up to 4 people. With a fully equipped kitchen, storage space and large balcony, it might be everything you need to enjoy your stay! The space A high standard building, located in a second line from the street, equipped with elevators, adapted for the disabled. This 48m^2 apartment is set over 1st floor and consists of: * Hall with a large built-in wardrobe * Bedroom with 160 cm bed and a big wardrobe. There is also enough space for baby crib * Leaving room (with folding sofa bed), combined with a kitchen and dining area with all necessary equipment (oven, dishwasher, fridge, hob, blender, kettle etc.). * Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and a hairdryer * Balcony (11m^2) on the entire width of the apartment where you can sit, relax and listen to the birds singing (this may be impacted by the season though ;)). The place is fully equipped with the necessary kitchen and household appliances. We provide a high-speed internet and tons of storage space, which makes the place perfect for a short or long stay. PARKING: A small parking area with 8 spaces is located by the building (often full). However, free public parking is available just 150m away. GARBAGE PLACE: The garbage room is located on the garage level. Take the elevator to floor -1 and head towards the entrance gate. Next to it, you’ll find two pairs of doors leading to the trash area. Please note that one of the inner doors has a self-locking mechanism — once it closes, you won’t be able to return to the garage hall. You can either hold it open with your foot or exit through the next set of doors, which are always open and lead outside the building. The proximity of shops (walking distance): Zabka - 1min (also open on Sundays), Lidl - 5min, Intermarche (also open on Sundays) 6min, Stara Cegielnia mall - 9 min, Manhattan big local market - 13min. Nearest park is 6min walking, 12min walking to beautiful Kasprowicza Park with Jasne Blonia area. There is a nice playground between the buildings. Guest access If you require barrier-free access, a garage gate remote is available in the apartment, stored in a container next to the entrance door. This allows you to enter from level -1 directly to the building's entrance with an elevator, giving you access to the apartment without any stairs. Other things to note Please note that this is a pet-friendly apartment. While we take great care in thoroughly cleaning the space, if you have allergies, we kindly suggest considering this, as traces of pet presence may remain despite our best efforts.
