Up to 4 people + 1 baby 👶 ☀ 🌼🚣‍ Many hikes from the gîte and in the surrounding area, rivers, lakes of the Pas des Ondes 🏔️ A large isolated valley to relax in peace, without a busy road 🌴🌺 🌿 Peaceful setting for nature lovers, ideal for recharging your batteries The space You will surely be seduced by our charming 85 m2 cottage completely refurbished with eco-friendly materials. Ideally located in the middle of the mountains at an altitude of 950 m, you can enjoy the sunny days as well as the cooler nights that will allow you to sleep peacefully in summer. You will find all the shops and restaurants you may need 7 kilometers away in the town of La Motte-Chalancon. Whether you're looking to rest or discover the region, this cozy cocoon is the perfect place. We tried to think of everything for your stay. Practical: - Welcome guide available in your accommodation. - Check-in is available from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. - Check-out before 11 a.m. Comfort: - Kitchen equipped to cook good dishes (Microwave, grill oven, piston coffee maker, toaster, kettle, stove, pots, dishes...) and provided (salt, pepper, oil,...) - Outdoor terrace with benches, tables, barbecue, umbrellas and deckchairs. - Toiletries, shower products, hair dryer. - TV - Dining table with benches - Dishwasher - 1 bedroom with 1 comfortable 140 cm double bed and 1 single bed, - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140 cm - 1 baby crib upon reservation - Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet - Washing machine in the common area - Ironing board and iron in the common area - Linens and dish towels are provided, remember to bring your beach towels and bath mats. In order to maintain a low price, we do not charge a cleaning fee, so our visitors do their best to return the cottage to the condition in which they found it. However, you can choose not to clean by paying a cleaning fee of €60 on arrival. Pets are allowed on request because we have 2 dogs on site, so we need to talk to see if everything will be okay ;) Land not fenced. Guest access You will have access to the entire cottage which is totally reserved for you Other things to note We have a yurt for rent on the estate that can accommodate 3 people So you can come together, each having your own place
