Up to 4 people + 1 baby 👶 ☀ 🌼🚣‍ Many hikes from the gîte and in the surrounding area, rivers, lakes of the Pas des Ondes 🏔️ A large isolated valley to relax in peace, without a busy road 🌴🌺 🌿 Peaceful setting for nature lovers, ideal for recharging your batteries The space You are sure to be captivated by our charming 85 m² cottage, completely refurbished using eco-friendly materials. Ideally located in the medium-altitude mountains at an altitude of 950 m, you can enjoy sunny days as well as cooler nights that will allow you to sleep peacefully in summer. In the town of La Motte-Chalançon, 7 kilometers away, you will find all the shops and restaurants you may need. Whether you're looking to relax or explore the region, this cozy haven is the perfect place to stay. We have tried to think of everything for your stay. Practical information: - The welcome guide is available in your unit. - Check-in is available from 5pm to 9pm - Check-out by 11:00 a.m. Comfort: - Kitchen equipped for cooking delicious meals (microwave, grill oven, French press coffee maker, toaster, kettle, stove, pots, dishes, etc.) and stocked (salt, pepper, oil, etc.) - Outdoor terrace with benches, tables, BBQ, umbrellas, and deckchairs. - Toiletries, shower products, hairdryer. - TV - Dining table with benches - Dishwasher - 1 bedroom with 1 comfortable double bed (140 cm) and 1 comfortable single bed, - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm) - 1 baby cot upon request - Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet - Washing machine in the common area - Ironing board and iron in the common area - Bed linens and tea towels are provided. Remember to bring your own beach towels and bath mats. To keep the price low, we do not charge a cleaning fee, so our guests do their utmost to return the cottage to the condition in which they found it. However, you can choose not to clean by paying a cleaning fee of €60 upon arrival. Pets are allowed upon request, as we have 2 dogs on site, so we need to discuss it to see if everything will go smoothly ;) Unfenced grounds.
