Please note the home is not ‘child proof’ and does not have things like baby gates, outlet covers, cabinet locks or other child proofing mechanisms. *PET POLICY* We understand the importance of your canine companions and warmly welcome them to our property. We allow one dog, up to 30 pounds. In return, we ask for adherence to our responsible dog owner rules. Non-compliance with these rules may lead to additional cleaning costs, up to $250. If you are traveling with a dog it is mandatory to inform us in advance so we can apply the necessary pet fee. To maintain the cleanliness of our furniture and bedding, we ask that you prevent your dog from accessing any bed or couch without a protective covering. Please bring flat sheets or other protective coverings from your home to place over all upholstered furniture and top-of-bed coverings. If your dog causes any damage to the property, you will be held financially responsible for those damages. Your dog must be contained in a crate when you are not in the home. You must provide your own crate for this purpose. Lastly, it is your responsibility to clean up immediately after your dog does their business. Please bring your own plastic bags to pick up dog waste from the yard. Failure to do so could result in additional cleaning fees. Please note, our cleaning company does not launder additional linens for dogs; therefore please make sure to provide your own. *PET ETIQUETTE AND BEHAVIOR* Please keep your do on a leash or harness when outside.
