The space This studio features: • Full kitchen including gas stove, microwave, combo fridge and freezer, double sink, and all cooking essentials • Full Carrara tile bathroom including tub shower combo, fresh 100% cotton towels, and high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel • Living space with a comfortable mid-century 2-seater sofa including pillows and a throw blanket, a shelved coffee table, and a 55-inch smart TV with Roku (free Netflix and Hulu included) on a tilting bracket to adjust the angle of the TV to your satisfaction. You can tilt the TV to face the bed, the living, or your workspace • Dining area includes a round dining table for two and full dinnerware and glassware sets • Designated workspace with hi-speed WiFi • Sleeping area with queen bed includes high quality memory foam mattress, 100% cotton sheets, duvet, and extra blanket. There are linen curtains to separate the sleeping from other areas if desired • Private access and an outdoor patio with chairs and table great for dining and enjoying LA sunshine Guest access Private gated entrance is provided through the side of the main house. Studio entry door features a smart lock for easy and convenient access. Other things to note Welcome to our newly remodeled studio, lovingly designed and decorated by my architect husband and me, creating a comfortable and cozy space to enjoy all that SoCal has to offer while feeling right at home. Parking is stress-free with free street parking available. You'll typically find plenty of spaces on the main and adjacent streets. There are two conveniently located laundromats nearby, one just 0.3 miles away (approximately a 7-minute walk), and the other half a mile away (approximately a 10-minute walk). In addition to the inviting space we've created, the surrounding area boasts an array of exciting attractions and local gems to explore.
