The gourmet kitchen you will find separate wet bar/coffee area along with a wine fridge and ice maker for your ice chests! The main living area opens up to a wrap around 1,000 sq ft deck with 180 degree views! Enjoy the wildlife traveling through the property which can include Elk, Deer, Turkey, Quail, and occasional Fox & Bobcat. Go for a relaxing walk to our river access on Smith Creek & River Meadows Dr. or bring your toys to enjoy the recreational playground right outside your doorstep! We have a strict 4pm check in unless you inquire with the Host ahead of time. Limited on Cleaners up in the Mountains. Guest access With the Main House rental, you will have access up to the bridge to the left of the pond, where the Chicken Coop and Garden are located (both of which are maintained by the Owners). Beyond the bridge, the Tiny Cabin property line begins, which is located on a creek and is separate from the Main House. The 2 car garage & sub garage located under the Master Bedroom will be locked for Owners personal use. Note: Owners do stay in RV time to time to take care of property, located down from house far left corner of the 2 acres. Main house is located up on knoll. You do have privacy. There are only 1 set of f/t neighbors to the left of the house. Other things to note Garden Valley is a wonderful outdoor playground! Some activities include: Saturday Farmers Market, Floating the Middle Fork River, Terrace Lakes geothermal pool with Restaurant & Bar, Wine Festival in June, Whitewater Rafting, Hiking, Mountain Biking, Starlight Mountain Theater, Silver Creek Plunge Resort, Local restaurants w/ live music, Coffee Shops, and local UTV Rentals. Max is 8 Guests no Exceptions. Tiny Cabin is a rental located away from the house. The Owners RV pad is located bottom corner of 2 acres and private from the house.
