The house has a chef’s kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a large private deck with grill, and a swing set. Located just 2:15 hours from NYC, the house is just minutes from Copake, NY, minutes from Great Barrington, the Berkshires, and Catamount Ski Area. A perfect property for family and group gatherings. The space The space Located just 6 miles from Catamount ski area, 14 miles from Great Barrington, MA, and 17 miles from Hudson, NY, this property is perfectly secluded yet close to farmers’ markets, shops, restaurants, as well as outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, and fishing. The Main House The living room, with bright sunlight, is a spacious gathering spot perfect for the whole group with multiple seating areas. The gourmet kitchen can easily accommodate cooking for larger groups. Just off of the kitchen is the dining area with a table for 6. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom features a large closet, and a private bathroom. Down the hall there is another full bathroom and 3 bedrooms - 1 oversized bedroom with a queen bed and Peloton, 1 with a twin bed, and 1 with a crib. The futon, which can be set up either as a queen/king or as 2 twins mattresses, can be placed in whichever bedroom(s) you prefer. A pack and play is also available for use.
