Other things to note Additional Rules: 01 - Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., avoid wearing high heels inside the apartment; 02- When leaving, close all windows (balcony, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms) and lock the entrance door; 03 - Do not leave the air conditioner on when no one is in the apartment; 04- The appliances are in good working order, in the event of any incident, we request replacement with the same or similar equipment; 05- The garage door is opened only with the remote control, and it closes automatically (30 seconds); 06- The gate and glass door at the entrance to the building must be kept closed, so take your key; 07- The internet is available, enjoy, avoid using it in activities not permitted by law; 08- This is a family condo, and the neighbors are extremely friendly, maintain a cordial and respectful relationship; 09- Water is a precious commodity, use it with awareness 10- Do not drink tap water; 11- When leaving, turn off all lights; 12- Parties are not allowed, but a family reunion is welcome; 13- Do not smoke inside the apartment; 14- The furniture is in good condition, any damage will be charged for repair after being fixed; 15- This unit is being delivered clean and sanitized, we ask that you keep it minimally clean, excess dirt that requires effort and extra products will be charged; 16- Wash your dirty dishes before check-out, or you will be charged an additional fee; 17- The cleaning fee charged will be used to clean and sanitize the entire apartment, to prepare it for the next rental; 18- Garbage should be placed in the trash can outside the building in bags suitable for garbage; 19- Illegal activities inside the apartment and on the premises are prohibited, and will be reported to the authorities; 20- Guests under 18 years of age will only be allowed with parental authorization (Law number 8.069 of 07/13/1990); 21- For reservations longer than 7 days, cleaning is mandatory between Monday and Friday (fee not included).
