Relax in this comfortable clean home while enjoying country life! Each additional person will be charged $20 per day and will have access to one additional bedroom. 1 person -1 bedroom, 2 people-2 bedrooms, 3-6 people- 3 bedrooms. ATTACHED GARAGE IS NOT INCLUDED. The space The house located just outside the city limits of the small town of Eagleville, Missouri. The house has a large yard, front and back decks and a nice view. Three bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, living room and dining rooms are all on one level. Major appliances are included. Front porch with wicker rockers and back deck with table/chairs are wonderful for relaxing. Onsite outside parking is available. Attached garage is not included. Guest access Guests will have access to one, two or three bedrooms (depending on number of guests), two full baths (one with shower and one with tub/shower), kitchen, dining room, and living room. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator are included. A front porch with white wicker rockers and back deck with a patio table are wonderful places to relax. The house has a large yard. Attached garage is NOT included. Other things to note NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED ATTACHED GARAGE IS NOT INCLUDED. Our town is small. We are located on I-35 and have 2 major truck stops (including Love's) but there are no grocery stores in town. Keep this in mind when traveling. There is a Walmart 15 miles south in Bethany. Lamoni, Iowa is north of Eagleville and it has a small, limited hours grocery store. Osceola, Iowa has options for groceries.
