The space Welcome to our modern and stylishly furnished vacation home (built in 2023) in a quiet and well-maintained vacation home complex – just about 50 meters (as the crow flies) from the exclusive natural swimming lake, which is used exclusively by the residents of the complex. Here, high-quality living comfort is combined with nature, tranquility, and a special feel-good atmosphere. The bright, open-plan living and dining area with a cozy Swedish stove is perfect for relaxing evenings with friends or family. The modern kitchen, featuring a spacious kitchen island, is fully equipped and offers a beautiful view of the lake while you cook. Bedroom & Bathroom The vacation home has plenty of space for families or small groups: • Ground-floor bedroom with a large double bed • Additional upstairs bedroom with double bed • Lovingly designed children's room with bunk bed (also suitable for adults) Also upstairs is the modern and stylish shower room. Wellness & outdoor space A special highlight is the private wellness area: • Hot tub in the garden • Comfortable sun loungers for relaxing • Rooftop sauna with a fantastic view over the lake The garden also invites you to enjoy convivial evenings outdoors, with a BBQ area and stunning lake views. If needed, it can also accommodate up to three vehicles side by side. Please note that street parking is not possible. Therefore, arrival is possible with a maximum of three vehicles. Important note about the system The cottage is located in an upscale and quiet cottage complex. To maintain a relaxed atmosphere for all guests, quiet hours must be observed at night. Therefore, loud parties or events in the house or garden are not allowed. Thank you for your consideration. Guest access This detached vacation home, featuring a garden, hot tub, sauna, and barbecue area, is available to you for your exclusive use during your stay. The natural swimming lake can be used by all residents of the vacation home complex (approx. 30 homes). Access is via a small island with a bathing jetty, which provides a particularly pleasant way to enter the water. Other things to note Comprehensive and high-quality amenities are particularly important to us. From firewood (a basket of firewood is provided in the winter months) to comprehensive kitchen equipment to hygiene products and children's toys, everything will be available - so that our guests can simply arrive and enjoy!
