The room is suitable for business travelers, couple/family tourists, ... The property is just 500 m away from Vinh Khanh Local Street Food, and 8 minutes driving from Ben Thanh Market/Bui Vien Walking street. The space Our entire private apartment is well-equipped with: + 1 Air-conditioner + Strong Wifi and flat screen TV + Netflix + Queen size bed + Kitchen with full equipment, Fridge, Microwave; Electric Cooker; Kettle + Washing Machine + Drinking water + Shower, hot water (please turn on the switch before your shower, and turn it off after you finish) + Linens, pillows, shampoo, towels, tissue paper, hair dryer, iron & iron board are provided + A guide on the apartment, the building as well as tips on visiting the city will be sent to you before your arrival. Guest access Guests need to register with all passports upon check in. Upon check-in, you will be provided with the room password for keypad and 1 smart card. Smart card is used for lift to your apartment and gym. Please keep your card carefully. Otherwise you will be charged $15 per lost card/key. There is a 24/24 camera system in the common areas (parking, lobby, lift, rooftop terrace, ...) for security purpose only. Cleaning and Changing drap is done once per week. Additional cleaning ($7/time) upon request. In case, you have new overnight guests, please inform host their passport to register for their stay. Other things to note Not only accommodation, I can help you with the followings: - Money exchange - Airport pick up - Car rental (with driver) to Mui Ne, Cu Chi, .... - City/Mekong Delta tours by car/boat - Street food tours - Nightlife tours by motorbike If guests stay more than 2 weeks (long terms), you will pay the electricity, water and parking bills separated with the rental fee.
