Nestled in the Thai countryside, it's a 5-minute walk from the center of Khanom and 2 km from the sea. Four independent apartments with a lovely private garden and secure parking. Individual units can be booked. (For stays of more than 15 days please contact us before booking) The space for stays longer than 15 days: The electricity bill of 8 baht per unit will be counted from all the numbers in the meter in the room before entering and after leaving, it will be subtracted. The water fee is 100 per person. The accommodation will have 1 tank of gas. If the customer runs out, add 200, there is a cleaning fee before leaving 300. If the customer has a dog, there is 300 per dog/cat. (You must take care of your dog not to do anything in the room or outside) Anything damaged or broken by your pet will have to be repaid by the owner. All consumables such as toilet paper, soap, garbage bags, and mops are the responsibility of the guest. Room cleaning is available upon request for 250 baht.
