Our recently renovated, spacious family home is a wonderful place to relax and unwind as well as being a perfect place from which to explore Bristol. Overlooking St Andrew’s park - one of the most beautiful parks in bristol - we’re also a five minute walk from Gloucester Road - with many independent cafes, restaurants, shops and art galleries. Bring the whole family (or two!) to this great place with lots of room for fun. The space The house is set over three floors and is approx 200sqm in total. On the ground floor there is a porch for coats, shoes etc which leads onto a spacious hallway with a piano in it. Off this there is the living room with two sofas and an armchair. There is also a study with a large sofa and tv in it. At the other side of the hall is a large open plan kitchen and dining area with bifold doors that open onto the back garden. Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and dryer. There is also a downstairs toilet. On the first floor there are three bedrooms (one with superking bed, one twin room and one double) and a bathroom with bath and shower. On the top floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Guest access Guests can access all parts of the house except one room which we will have locked and will store our personal possessions in.
