One master bedroom with a private bathroom completes the downstairs. Walking to the next floor has never been easier, BLUE WAVES has stairs inside and outside to access all levels. Sink into the hot tub on the covered deck that overlooks the pool area or rest your eyes in one of the four bedrooms on the first floor. Walk up to the next floor, and cook a meal in the beautiful kitchen that has a breakfast area for a quick bite or gather the family for a meal in the dining area. A screened porch with a picnic table offers an outside dining experience that you’ll remember forever as you listen to the sounds of Hatteras Island. The final master bedroom sits off the kitchen with a private bathroom. After the day, cozy up in the great room, complete with beautiful vaulted ceilings and watch the ocean or enjoy TV with surround sound. Vacation will never the same after a stay in BLUE WAVES. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized. This property is managed by Surf or Sound Realty. More payment options are available after booking. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void.
