We are a small family living quietly next door. Although close to town, beaches, and restaurants, we are on a small peaceful river, surrounded by conservation land. Your space (approximately 1100 square feet) is completely private and self-contained and tastefully furnished (thanks to Karen)...you could live here forever. The place is immaculate. There is alot of peace and nature here. Birds and marine life abound. The space Your apartment looks directly at the Batson River, a small but pretty body of water surrounded by Kennebunkport Conservation Trust land. On any given day, you might see ducks, turtles, or a variety of birds, such as egrets, Canada geese, and the very occasional Bald Eagle. We are a few miles from the stores and restaurants in Dock Square, Kennebunkport. Goose Rocks Beach is a mile away, Kennebunk Beach is 4 miles away or so, and Biddeford Pool and Cape Porpoise are close, as well. For your ease and ours, during the summer season (July and August), we limit availability to a 7-night minimum stay - with Saturday to Saturday check-in/check-out.
