Fieldview Cottage is a charming 100 year old cottage in Comberbach village, a lovely semi-rural location surrounded by countryside and yet well connected, 4 miles from junction 10 on the M56, 35 mins to Chester and 30 mins to Manchester airport. The local pub is a 5 mins walk and serves great food. Popular Marbury Park is close by. The village has a post office offering local essentials. The Hollies Farm shop is close by and is a great local shop to stock up on all fresh groceries. The space The cottage has everything you need to relax. It has been tastefully decorated and really has a home away from home feel. It is deceptively spacious from the front, with accommodation over two floors, x2 lounges and a lovely open plan kitchen and dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The master has a large super-king bed and walk in closet with plenty of storage space. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and a large amount of storage space. The upstairs bathroom has a walk in shower. Downstairs both lounges have wood burning fires, perfect for a cozy night in. The central lounge has a large 65inch TV with streaming options, Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is a dedicated office space in the front lounge. A door separates the two lounges for plenty of privacy. The whole cottage benefits from fast Wi-Fi. The double bedroom is comfortably next to the large downstairs bathroom, perfect for guests who may find the stairs challenging. There is a deep bath and walk in shower. A wash machine dryer is included. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including dishwasher, and the connected dining for 6 takes in views of garden from the conservatory. The outside garden is private. The large private garden is not overlooked and has two private patios, one near the house with outside dining and the other near the end of the garden with outdoor seating, an egg chair and fire pit. The entire garden is secure for pets to safely explore. Other things to note Please get in contact if an early or late checkin/out is required. The accommodation does welcome 1 well behaved pet (a dog or cat). The cottage is not ideal for children (under 2) due to stairs and wood fires. Parties or events are not allowed.
