The space Access to the villa is through a large gate that leads directly to the large covered parking lot. An interior and exterior corridor leads to the splendid garden. You will find a spacious covered sala, with several benches, seats and tables, in addition to a covered outdoor kitchen. Next to the outdoor kitchen there is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a terrace with table and chairs. A pretty little guest house is located at the edge of the garden and has 2 bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom for maximum comfort. On the second level of the villa, You will find the spacious main room which consists of a fully equipped European style kitchen with a cooking island, as well as a dining table for 6 people. There is also a living room with sofa's and a large television. Passing through large sliding doors, one can enjoy a covered terrace with table and 8 chairs, an outdoor shower and a large infinity pool. Next to the kitchen it is possible to access a master bedroom, which has its own terrace and also direct access to the swimming pool. The third level of the villa has two bedrooms with private bathrooms, a large terrace and a 8-person jacuzzi overlooking a breathtaking view of the sea, Koh Phangan and the surrounding islands. On the upper level, there is the penthouse with a bedroom, with en-suite bathroom and outdoor jacuzzi, as well as a living room and an office area. The sea view is incredible at this level. Other things to note Please note, 1. The villa is 900 m away from the beach. From the map, you will see that it’s about 300 m away but we don’t have the short cut street so need to use the public street which take about 5 mins by car or 10-15 mins for walking. we will recommend the customers to rent the bike or the car during your stay for your safty and convenince. 2. Price is excluding electricity usage. You must pay THB 6 per unit. If you turn air conditioner only when you sleep at night(7 beds), it should be around THB 350-500 per day.
