The space Private flat driveway with plenty of parking space, large child-proof gated front porch with entertaining capacity. Once inside after your self-check-in, you will find a gorgeous rustic-farmhouse / Australian-bush vibe with the modern luxury of air-conditioning. The sunroom leading out to the fully-fenced private backyard overlooks the sparkling salt-water child-friendly pool with hammock and further space under the carport for entertaining. You will find the kitchen sufficiently stocked with most of the typical family appliances to ensure your stay here is comfortable and convenient, plus plenty of crockery and cutlery! Your KIDS will be kept entertained :) OUTSIDE: pool with floaties, climbing A-frame, basketball hoop with ball, hammock, outdoor toys and space for handball, chalk-drawing or scooters etc. INSIDE: 4-in-1 foosball table including soccer / ping-pong / pool table; upstairs kid's rumpus room with board-games, tv with dvds, books, Lego station, dress ups and a tee-pee tent. Netflix is available on both the downstairs & upstairs living area tvs. BEDROOMS: Air Purifier x1 (on request). 1 - The King Master Bedroom with en-suite, king chiropractic mattress and tv is found upstairs. There is sufficient space for a floor mattress, desk &/or porta-cot. 2 - The Queen Master Bedroom with queen chiropractic mattress and beautiful book nook is found downstairs and will allow you to unwind in peace. There is sufficient space for a desk &/or porta-cot. A floor mattress could be squeezed in. 3 - Bedroom 3 is downstairs next to the Queen bedroom. It contains a single bed and portable desk. The desk can be removed to fit a floor mattress or porta-cot. 4 - Bedroom 4 is upstairs and contains a bunk bed. There is sufficient space for a floor mattress. 5 - Bedroom 5 is upstairs and contains a king-single bed (longer and wider than a single bed but smaller than a double) and a permanent desk. A floor mattress can be squeezed in. The Rumpus room upstairs contains a kid's lounge / sofa-bed. Space abounds for floor mattresses. The two spare thick foam mattresses or foam/air mattresses can be set up wherever requested. DESKS: There are two laptop-friendly work desks that are lightweight and portable and can be re-positioned to your preferred room(s). Bedroom 5 has a large corner desk with shelves. Another large desk is found under the stairs, this is a walk-through area however the door to the lounge room can be closed (upstairs cannot be fully closed off, though there is a child-gate up the top). AREA: Your family will love the central location, being close enough to walk to amenities and some attractions, with a short drive to further attractions, and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre to make your stay peaceful and enjoyable. Enjoy a 1min drive or 10min simple stroll to the thriving Narellan Town Centre where you will find restaurants, cafes, food courts, United Cinema, gym, medical practice, pharmacies, Post office, banks, dry cleaner, plenty of retail including Big W, Kmart and Target, and importantly – Woolworths, Coles and an Aldi just across the road from it, with a library to stop by on your walk home. Camden Golf Course is less than 1km away with a downhill walk home after a weekend evening meal with live entertainment. You will be walking distance to four local parks with one just around the corner or a short 5-10min drive to several larger parks; walking distance to tennis courts and a newly-laid enclosed soccer field; 7min drive to Camden with its historic rural setting including wineries, Curry Reserve water-play park and beautiful bike track or BMX club/track; 10min drive to Mt Annan Botanic Gardens & 6min drive to Mt Annan Leisure Centre with indoor pool/gym/sporting facilities and then Birriwa Park / Youth Space across the road from it with free outdoor gym equipment, basketball courts, cricket grounds and fast-food outlets in the vicinity. Just outside of Narellan is the Smeaton Grange Business Precinct containing more attractions such as Go-Karting, Flip-out and Maximum Skating. Drive to Camden hospital in 8min, Campbelltown hospital in 15min, Western Sydney University in just under 15mins and Sydney University in 10mins. Picton is 20mins away and Bowral in the Southern Highlands is just under 1hr. We are halfway between iconic Sydney to the north and the Southern Highlands (approx 1hr each way), and also halfway between Katoomba in the Blue Mountains to the west and Lake Illawarra on the east coast (approx 1hr 15mins each way or 45mins-1hr to south coast beaches of Wollongong). There is a bus stop 30seconds down the road providing you easy access to Macarthur Station / Macarthur Square / Event Cinema or Campbelltown Station. As this is a family neighbourhood and a family home, there is a strict **NO PARTIES** policy. We hope you love our home as much as we do! Guest access Guests will enjoy a private stay having access to both levels of the house, pool, backyard, front yard & front deck, with nobody else occupying the property during your stay. As this is a beloved family home, locked areas will include wardrobes (clothing racks are provided in some rooms with wall hooks in the others), some cupboards containing personal items, and two rooms. Private driveway with gated carport access, front yard with child-proof gated deck, fully fenced backyard and compliant private pool with hammock. Sheds will not be accessible, however there is space for storing bikes etc under the gated side-access carport. Other things to note Early check-in / late check-out must be pre-arranged and is priced at $40 per hour. This is a two-storey home. For child safety, access to the stairs can be closed off from the bottom via a lockable door, and from the top via a gate. Please note the following: - security camera/doorbell is installed at front door - pool is not heated - there is a small 10cm step down from the kitchen to the sunroom - there is no dishwasher, however there are two sinks, making washing up easy - there is no dryer, however there is a washing machine and plenty of space on the clothesline outside, as well as indoor clothing rack, undercover clothing line under carport and laundromat 1min down the road - no coffee machine, however tea and instant coffee are provided - instructions will be provided for using appliances such as the air-conditioners, tv, washing machine etc. No pets.
